K-BDA: Korea BioData AnalyzerA web application for integrative analysis and visualization of multi-omics data for multiple genomes in K-BDS. |
Comparative genomics has successfully revealed the diverse features of genomes, such as functions or relationships with phenotypes, by comparing the genome sequences of related species. K-BDA is developed to help researchers to intuitively identify the results of genome comparisons and uncover similarities and differences among genomes.
K-BDA also provides the service for comparing different genomes based on synteny blocks, which are conserved regions across different genomes that share co-arranged homologous sub-sequences (or genes).
